By accessing and using the Click Office website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, merchants, and content contributors. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Click Office memberships are personal and non-transferable. Each membership plan comes with specific workspace access, amenities, and privileges as outlined during the booking process.

Members must provide accurate and complete registration information. Click Office reserves the right to terminate memberships if false or misleading information is provided.

Membership access hours vary by plan. Standard plans offer access during business hours (9 AM – 8 PM), while premium plans include 24/7 access with biometric security.

All membership fees are payable in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments can be made via UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, or bank transfer.

Monthly memberships can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Annual plans have a 12-month commitment, and early termination may incur a cancellation fee of two months' membership.

Click Office reserves the right to modify pricing with 60 days advance notice. Existing members will honor their current rate until the next renewal cycle after notification.

Refunds for prepaid services will be processed within 14 business days of approved cancellation. No refunds are provided for partially used membership periods.

Members are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment. This includes keeping shared spaces clean, respecting quiet zones, and following all house rules posted at each location.

Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited within Click Office premises. Pets are not permitted except for service animals.

Members must not engage in any activity that disrupts other tenants' work or damages the property. Noise levels in shared areas should be kept to a reasonable minimum.

Click Office reserves the right to revoke membership without refund for violations of the code of conduct, including harassment, property damage, or illegal activities.

Click Office provides workspaces on an "as is" basis. While we strive to maintain high standards, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to facilities, internet, or other services.

Click Office is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Members are encouraged to use secure storage facilities and carry appropriate insurance.

In no event shall Click Office be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or facilities.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the member in the three months preceding the claim.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
